The Building Code Act allows 48 hours to conduct an inspection (excludes weekends/holidays). The nature of our work does not allow us to schedule specific time slots for inspections. Inspections may be rescheduled without prior notice. We do understand your time is valuable and will do our best to inspect on your preferred date.
