Compliance Letter Application

I am the purchaser/owner/representative of the following property and would like to request a standard compliance letter, which includes the following:

• Occupancy Status (for residential properties)
• Building Permits
• Existing Pool Enclosure Permit (issued after 2000)
• Accessory Apartment Registration Certificate (issued after 2000)
• Zoning Confirmation
• Outstanding Notices/Orders
• Minor Variances

Please note: there is a non-refundable fee to be paid upon completion of this application via Visa or MasterCard.

• For all matters related to easements, roads, frontage information, lot coverage, setbacks, etc., please conduct a title search of the property, and review zoning information to determine compliance.

The Town of Whitby does not provide compliance letters for these matters.
