Applications are accepted from registered, non-profit or charitable organizations and public awareness campaigns in accordance with Flag Raisings Policy CA 110.
Completed forms must be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the flag raising.
Date(s) requested for the flag to be rasied and flown (maximum 5 days)
