Rental Request

A minimum of 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Payment will need to be made over the phone. Accepted methods of payment will be VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Deposit in non-refundable within 30 days prior to the rental date. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to rental date.

There will be no refunds within 30 days prior to the rental date.

The Permit will need to be signed and returned by the Permit Holder 30 days prior to the rental date.

The Permit Holder will be required to provide the following;

• Provide or purchase from the Town a certificate of commercial general liability insurance naming the Town of Whitby as an additional insured in the minimum amount of $2 million per occurrence (events of higher risk may require $5 million minimum).
• Events that involve serving alcohol require an SOP and that upon successful receipt of an SOP, a copy of this document must be submitted 30 days prior to the event and the original be posted at the area of bar during the event and a Smart Serve Certificate number must be provided for the certified bartender/server.
