Pre-authorized Payment Cancelation Request

Use this form to cancel an existing pre-authorized payment plan. 

 **Cancelations must be requested by the 30th of the month prior to the next withdrawal date for the Arrears Plan and Monthly Plan **

***Cancellations for the Instalment Plan must be received 14 days prior to the next withdrawal date***

If notice is not given to cancel the plan by the required deadline when a sale occurs any payments withdrawn after the sale date will remain on the account and it will be the vendor’s responsibility to negotiate these payments with their lawyers. 

If you are cancelling your Pre-authorized Plan because your property has sold, it is recommended that if any portion of an instalment due while you own the property is not paid in full by your Pre-authorized payments, it should be paid prior to closing.
