Fire Safety Presentation Request Form

The following information is required when requesting a presentation. You will be contacted by Whitby Fire and Emergency Services once completed forms are received. For additional information call: (905) 668-3312.

Please Note:

Presentations must be booked at least one month prior to event date
Presentations will be arranged according to availability and resources of staff and schedules. Availability is not guaranteed.
Presentations will be given by Fire Prevention or Public Education Officers
Adequate adult supervision must be present at all times during presentations given to children under the age of 18.
Please note those requiring fire extinguisher training - contact Whitby Fire Department directly for applicable forms, instructions and costs.
