The Town of Whitby will provide one Interim tax bill and one Final tax bill to taxpayers each year UNLESS, your account is paid by a mortgage company, OR you are enrolled in the Monthly Pre-authorized payment plan, then no Interim tax bill will be sent. In this case, if you need something to show the interim billing you will need to purchase a statement of account.

If you require a copy of your tax bill there is a fee of $16.25 each. Please note that you can purchase the interim tax bill for the current year after January 31st and the final tax bill after May 31st. We can also reprint the interim or final tax bills for one previous year. Make your selection below and staff will do their best to email it to you within 3 business days.
